Risan Bay is very conveniently connected to the rest of the region’s tourist centres. They are 15 km from Tivat Airport, 17 km from Kotor and 80 km from Dubrovnik. In the vicinity there are also famous tourist centres such as Porto Montenegro, Porto Novi and Lustica Bay, as well as the viewpoint hiking trail by the sea, which connects Risan with Perast.
Risan is a town which is still in the shadow of tourist centres such as Budva and Bar, but is intensively developing in perfect harmony with its cultural and natural heritage. From Risan there is a shortcut to Montenegro’s ski resorts, allowing for a winter holiday in two climate zones.
